When exactly am I charged? +
Payment is taken when you confirm a new monitoring subscription in Telegram. You'll be sent to a secure Stripe checkout, and monitoring begins immediately after payment.
What if no ticket becomes available? +
If your date passes without a ticket opening, the subscription expires and you aren't charged again. We recommend monitoring as early as possible to maximise your chances.
How does the 5-date discount work? +
When your total active subscriptions reach 5 or more, the price per date drops to £2.49 automatically. You don't need to buy them all at once.
Can I get a refund? +
If you cancel before the date passes and no notification has been sent, contact us via Telegram and we'll review your case. Once an alert has been sent, the service has been delivered.
